1. General Policy
Bishwakarma Edu Consultant provides education consultancy, university admission assistance, career and job services, digital teaching solutions, physical education management services, and related professional services.
All fees paid to Bishwakarma Edu Consultant are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where a payment has been received by us in error or duplicated.
Before making a payment, customers are advised to carefully review the selected service, applicable fees, eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, and service details.
2. University & College Admission Services
Fees paid for university, college, course, admission consultancy, application processing, counselling, documentation assistance, registration assistance, or related admission services are non-refundable.
This includes fees paid for:
- University admission assistance
- College admission assistance
- Course selection and counselling
- Application processing
- Registration assistance
- Document verification/processing
- Admission form assistance
- Counselling and guidance
- Admission-related consultancy
- Other education consultancy services
Once our team has started processing an admission or consultancy service, the applicable service fee will not be refunded.
Admission Result
Payment of a consultancy or service fee does not guarantee admission.
Admission decisions are made by the respective university, college, institution, authority, or other third party.
If an institution:
- Rejects an application
- Does not offer admission
- Changes its eligibility criteria
- Changes its admission schedule
- Cancels or postpones a course
- Does not accept a particular qualification
- Changes its fees or admission requirements
the consultancy/service fee paid to Bishwakarma Edu Consultant remains non-refundable.
Any university or institutional fee paid directly to an institution is subject to that institution's own refund policy and is separate from Bishwakarma Edu Consultant's service fees.
3. Job & Career Services
Fees paid for job-related services are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Domestic job consultancy
- Overseas job consultancy
- Teaching job services
- Job application assistance
- Resume/CV assistance
- Candidate registration
- Recruitment assistance
- Job counselling
- Employer/application processing assistance
- Career guidance
- Other job-related consultancy services
Payment of a job service fee does not guarantee employment, selection, interview, visa approval, work permit, salary, or placement.
Final selection is determined by the relevant employer, recruitment organisation, government authority, embassy/consulate, or other competent authority.
If a candidate is:
- Not selected
- Not shortlisted
- Rejected by an employer
- Unable to obtain a visa or work permit
- Unable to join a position
- Unable to meet an employer's requirements
the service fee paid to Bishwakarma Edu Consultant remains non-refundable.
4. BEC Smart Teacher
BEC Smart Teacher provides digital tools and resources for teachers, schools and educational professionals.
Fees paid for Smart Teacher subscriptions or services are non-refundable.
This includes payments for:
- Pro plans
- School plans
- Lesson planning tools
- Question banks
- Worksheets
- Notes
- Assessments
- AI Teaching Assistant features
- PE Smart Planner
- Academic planning tools
- Other premium Smart Teacher features
Subscription fees are not refundable merely because a user:
- Does not use the service
- Uses the service less than expected
- Changes their mind
- Does not require the service anymore
- Does not use their monthly allowance
- Cancels their subscription after payment
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for the period already paid for.
5. PE Sports Management
Fees paid for BEC PE Sports Management services are non-refundable.
This includes services relating to:
- Physical Education management
- Sports assessment
- Student sports records
- Sports report cards
- School sports management
- PE teacher tools
- Student assessment management
- Report generation
- Sports planning
- PE-related digital services
- Related professional services
Once the service has been purchased, activated, configured, generated, processed, or delivered, the applicable fee is non-refundable.
6. Digital Products and Services
Fees paid for digital products, software features, subscriptions, generated reports, documents, templates, educational resources, online services, or other digitally delivered services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Once access or delivery has been provided, the service is considered delivered.
7. Consultancy & Professional Services
Fees paid for consultancy, counselling, professional assistance, documentation support, processing, registration, application assistance, or other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or provided.
8. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because a customer:
- Changes their mind
- No longer wants the service
- Finds another service provider
- Does not use the service
- Does not respond to our communication
- Fails to provide required documents
- Fails to meet eligibility requirements
- Changes their education or career plans
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents.
Fees will not normally be refunded where a service cannot be completed because the customer:
- Provides incorrect information
- Provides false information
- Provides incomplete documents
- Fails to provide required documents
- Provides documents after a deadline
- Does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements
10. Third-Party Fees
Bishwakarma Edu Consultant may assist customers with services involving universities, colleges, employers, recruitment organisations, government authorities, payment providers, or other third parties.
Fees charged by such third parties are separate from Bishwakarma Edu Consultant's service fees.
Any refund of a third-party fee is governed by the relevant third party's refund policy.
11. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
Although our service fees are generally non-refundable, if a payment is clearly duplicated or incorrectly charged due to a technical/payment processing error, we may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, return the duplicate or erroneous amount.
The customer may be required to provide transaction details for verification.
12. Payment Gateway Charges
Where a refund is legally required or approved for a duplicate/erroneous transaction, any applicable payment gateway, banking, transaction, or processing charges may be treated in accordance with the applicable payment provider's rules and applicable law.
13. Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation of an ongoing service by contacting Bishwakarma Edu Consultant.
However:
Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Where work has already commenced, the applicable service fee remains non-refundable.
For recurring digital subscriptions, cancellation may prevent future renewal, but it does not automatically refund the already-paid subscription period.
14. Exceptional Refunds
Bishwakarma Edu Consultant may consider exceptional cases at its discretion where appropriate.
Any such decision will be based on the specific circumstances and does not create a general right to a refund for other customers.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or refund right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
