Bishwakarma Edu Consultant respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

If you have created an account through the Bishwakarma Edu Consultant Android App, you may request deletion of your account and associated data through the methods described below.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Bishwakarma Edu Consultant account without reinstalling the app.

Option 1 — Through the App

If the account deletion feature is available in your app:

1. Open the Bishwakarma Edu Consultant app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open Profile / Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm your deletion request.

The deletion process should be clearly accessible within the app.

Option 2 — Through Our Website

If you no longer have access to the app, visit:

and submit an account deletion request.

The request should include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account, such as the registered email address or mobile number.

3. Information Deleted

When an account deletion request is approved and processed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, where applicable, including:

• Mobile number
• Profile information
• Uploaded profile information and files associated with the account
• Application/service information associated with the account
• Other personal information associated with the account where deletion is applicable

4. Information That May Need to Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained where required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention and security
• Resolution of disputes
• Enforcement of agreements
• Financial/accounting records where legally required

Where information must be retained for one of these reasons, we will retain only what is reasonably necessary and for the period required.

5. Processing of Deletion Requests

We will review the request and take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to the account holder.

After verification, the account and associated eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

Expected processing period: within 30 days of receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

6. Account Deletion Does Not Mean App Uninstallation

Uninstalling the Bishwakarma Edu Consultant application from your Android device does not automatically delete your account or information.

To delete your account, you must use the in-app account deletion option or submit a deletion request through our website.

7. Services and Third-Party Processing

Bishwakarma Edu Consultant may use third-party technology and service providers to operate certain features of the application and website.

Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion of account-associated information held by service providers when an account deletion request requires it, subject to legitimate legal, security, or regulatory retention requirements.
